• EUROPE: Home delivery by DHL courier 4 – 5 working days 20 Euro
• EXTRA EU: Home delivery with DHL courier 40 Euro
TAXES AND DUTIES
Product prices are inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local duties and taxes in the country of delivery. PAGE NOT FOUND does not cover any local customs clearance fees, duties or taxes due to the delivery of the package in your country outside the EU. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how many duties you will pay, but your local customs office should be able to estimate the price.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing defects)
Given the craftsmanship of the product, each object receives metal processing and treatments that make each jewel unique. In the rare event that a product is damaged in transit, we can offer alternatives such as repairs or replacements. If you have received the wrong products or if we have delivered the wrong products, contact us by sending an email to info@pagenotfound.it You are not responsible for the costs associated with returning products.
MAJOR FORCE
Events beyond the control of PAGE NOT FOUND, which is not reasonably foreseeable, will be considered force majeure, which means that PAGE NOT FOUND is released from the obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fires or floods, sabotage, accidents, wars, natural disasters, strikes or non-delivery by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that adversely affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

RETURNS
INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL ON THE BASIS OF Article 15 of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99
If you have purchased a jewel through the website www.pagenotfound.it and you want to make the return, and not the exchange, the right of withdrawal is valid within 14 continuous days from the day of receipt of the purchased item. The withdrawal may concern all the jewels purchased or only part of them. Right of withdrawal: Ref. Art.15 Legislative Decree n.185 of 22/05/99. Purchases concluded on this site are regulated by Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999. The buyer can withdraw from the contract by sending a written communication by email to the address: orders@pagenotfound.it with the subject “Return order number”, by entering the order number. Communications and shipping must take place within 14 continuous days from the day of receipt of the goods otherwise they will not be taken over. The return costs will be charged to the customer. PAGE NOT FOUND reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit provided, in the event that the jewels are not in the same condition in which they were sent and lack the guarantee seal. You can deny the refund until the goods are received or proof of the return has been provided. The amount will be re-credited within 14 working days from the communication of acceptance, to the same account used for the purchase. Shipping costs will be excluded from reimbursement and will be separated. The shipping costs of the Return will be the responsibility and responsibility of the Customer. In case of free shipping, for orders of a certain amount, and in case of return of the same, the shipping costs will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount. For reasons of hygiene and safety, the earrings cannot be exchanged or returned. CHANGE
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of the purchase, unless otherwise communicated by email to orders@pagenotfound.it, communication accepted and confirmed by the company Solve et Coagula Srls. Fundamental to make the change is that the jewel is in the same condition in which it was sent, new and without signs of wear, in its original intact packaging. The exact model and size variation must be communicated because the free exchange will be possible only once per jewel. Personalized jewelery with engravings cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges will be made by shipping. The direct shipment to PAGE NOT FOUND will be at the expense and care of the customer, while the shipment of the change made by PAGE NOT FOUND to the customer will be at the expense of PAGE NOT FOUND.
